The Role In this leadership position, you will handle a wide range of family law matters, including: Divorce and property settlements Parenting disputes and child custody Domestic violence cases Binding Financial Agreements This role is ideal for a confident and self-motivated professional who thrives in an autonomous environment. While you’ll be running the Milton office, you’ll have full legal and administrative support from the wider firm. What We’re Looking For: 5 years PAE in family law (private practice experience preferred) Strong ability to work independently and meet billable targets Excellent client management and negotiation skills Admitted as a legal practitioner in Queensland with a current Practising Certificate What’s on Offer?
